    *Sam’s Club boneless pork loin cut in chops (grill or fry) cheap and hearty serve with a couple sides.
    *chili dogs are always a hit… you warm the can chiliu and cut the onion and let them cook there own dog. Cheap and EZ for you
    * let the guys cook for you let them grill you burgers.

    Chicken & Veggies Stir fry
    Recipe Ingredients:
    •Soy Sauce
    •Cornstarch (a little)
    •Crunchy Noodles
    •Fortune Cookies
    Cooking instructions:
    Precut your chicken into stir-fry sized strips and freeze in a zip-loc bag. Do the same with your veggies. (snow peas, water chestnuts, broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms, asparagus, baby corn, and whatever else you like in stir-fry)
    Start the rice cooking. Cook the chicken and set aside, then cook the veggies. Thicken the veggie sauce with the cornstarch. Flavor with soy sauce. Put the cooked chicken back in the pan with the veggies to re-heat.
    Serve over the rice, topped with crunchy noodles.
    ** often times I just buy the big bag on stir fry veggies and always use minute rice.

    *Onion Rings
    Recipe Ingredients:
    •1 Large Vidalia Onion
    •1 Package Pancake Add Water Batter
    •Butter Flavored Crisco Stick
    Cooking instructions:
    Peel then Slice Onion into desired ring sizes;
    Mix Batter with water thinner than what you’d use for pancakes;
    Heat Crisco over camp stove;
    Coat rings with batter;
    Fry to golden brown.
    Dry on Paper towels.
    Best when eaten as a snack while cooking fish for dinner.
    Can add salt or pepper to batter mix, as pancake batter is sweet, particularly with Vidalia onions. Can also use Seasoned Salt, Essence of Emeril, Lemon or Cayenne Pepper to Red or White Bermuda onions for spicier rings.

    Dough Boys

    Can biscuits
    Butter / Margerine

    tear biscuit in half. roll in between your hands to make biscuit rope. wrap biscuit rope tightly around skewer place over fire until golden brown. biscuit should be slightly doughy on the inside. smear w/ butter and sprinkle w/ cinn & sugar or power sugar if you like. YUMMY and everyone does there own. tastes like an elephant ear.

    Breakfast at my campsite always includes some of last nite dinner. example if you make pork chops 4 dinner its pork chops and eggs for breakfast. try to meal plan where you can cook extra amount of something for one meal and use it in the next. if you make biscuits for dinner make alot and have biscuits and sausage gravy 4 breakfast.

    Biscuit & sausage gravy CHEAP AND GREAT!!

    You can make the biscuit in an cast iron dutch oven or ahead of time at home and bring them w/ you.
    GFS sells #10 cans of sausage gravy all you have to do is warm it up.
