depends on what u have in the kitchen and how much room u have. though casseroles are great, like boneless chicken breast with a can of cream of mushroom or chicken soup, add stock instead of water and some dill, and rosemary, onion, garlic. serve with rice, bake potato, salad, pasta, or do a boston butt in crock pot after done cut it up/shred and add bbq sauce, serve w/ beans and slaw. cheap, simple and Delicious

I grew up in Hawaii and we had a boat that we’d spend the weekend on. My mother cooked up some of the most delicious meals! She made us mini hamburgers using dinner rolls (instead of hamburger buns). They were so cute and it made them that much tastier! She also made potato salad or a tossed salad and then we’d have some Jello or cake for dessert.

With as many people as you’ll be having on your trip, I’d also suggest making spaghetti. It’s usually a crowd pleaser! To make your sauce extra special, add some ground beef, chopped veggies (sliced mushrooms, minced carrots, onions and celery), a SMALL dash of cinnamon and finish it with a little cream or milk. Sever with french bread and tossed salad.

If you have a barbecue on board, then that’s always great! Marinate any meat of your choice and put them on some skewers with some veggies (mini tomatoes, onions, pineapple, eggplant, etc.) and you’ve got kabobs! Add some cooked rice and mix in a little butter and minced green onions, just before serving.

Just few ideas from my childhood and hope you’ll be able to use one of them on your trip. Have a great time!

Spaghetti is classic and easy. Hamburgers and hot dogs. BBQ chicken…or Teriyaki bowls.(all you need for those is rice, chicken, and teriyaki sauce.)
